If, for any reason, we determine that our services aren’t suitable for you, we’ll provide a comprehensive medical opinion to assist you in moving forward, free of charge. Our goal is to help everyone we consult, even if we can’t offer a specific program.
Tailored Programmes
If our services are a fit, we’ll offer to book you in for a full medical consultation. This allows us to create a personalised programme tailored to your needs. The price for the consultation and programme is £75.
You’ll receive your programme via email shortly after your consultation.

Your program will be straightforward, with detailed instructions and video links for each exercise. We’ll also schedule a follow-up call to ensure you’re progressing well and to make any necessary adjustments at no extra charge.
